Join Dallas Flash Minor League year-round and represent the Flash in training, competition, community events, and MiLP play. Each player joins on their own 6-month term, with support designed for both community and competitive players.

Player dues:
$600 for the first 6-month term

How long is the Dallas Flash Minor League program?
The program runs year-round. Player dues are paid in 6-month terms.
How much is the Player Fee?
New players pay $600 for their first 6-month term. After the initial term, players may renew for $500 per additional 6-month term.
When does my 6-month term begin?
Your individual 6-month term begins when you enroll. Dallas Flash Minor League operates year-round, so players can join throughout the year as space is available.
What happens after I purchase?
You’ll be prompted to complete your Dallas Flash Player Profile with sizing, DUPR information, player details, and onboarding information.
When will I receive my Dallas Flash jersey?
Once you complete your Player Profile and submit your sizing information, your custom Dallas Flash jersey will be added to the next production order. Delivery timing may vary, and we’ll keep you updated as your gear is processed. The process usually takes no longer than 3 -4 weeks.
Does the Player Fee include Pickler Universe access?
Yes. The program includes a discounted Pickler Universe Membership with access to both the DFW and Carrollton locations.
I already have a Pickler Universe membership. What happens?
If you already have an active Pickler Universe membership, your Dallas Flash Player Fee will be discounted by $250.

Is there a player limit?
Yes. Initial capacity is 40 players in 50+, 50 players in Standard/Open, and 40 Juniors. Once a division reaches capacity, additional players will be placed on a waitlist.
When are practices and training sessions?
Practices, drills, and clinics are currently offered on Saturdays and Sundays, with additional programming varying by division. Junior development will also include weekday programming.
Do I need to try out?
The program is designed for both community and competitive players. Joining does not guarantee selection for every MiLP tournament roster.
Does joining guarantee me a tournament roster spot?
No. Player dues provide access to the Dallas Flash Minor League program, training, support, and competitive pathway, but do not guarantee selection for every MiLP event roster.
Can Dallas Flash help me find a team or partner?
Yes. We’ll help with team formation, partner matching, DUPR guidance, and navigating MiLP events.
Are there opportunities for juniors?
Yes. Youth development and training sessions are part of the Dallas Flash Minor League program.
What gear is included?
Players receive a custom Dallas Flash jersey and hat/visor, along with access to exclusive Flash gear, drops, and collaborations.
What happens when my 6-month term ends?
Dallas Flash Minor League runs year-round, and each player is on their own individual 6-month term beginning on their enrollment date. Before your term ends, we’ll contact you with renewal instructions. Renewal Player Fee is $500 for the next 6-month term.
What is the refund policy?
Players may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as program benefits have not been activated or used and custom gear has not been ordered. Once Pickler Universe access is activated, gear is ordered, or program participation begins, Player Fees are non-refundable. Special circumstances may be reviewed individually by Dallas Flash.
What is the refund policy for renewals?
Renewal Player Fees are non-refundable once the new 6-month term begins or renewal benefits are activated. If you do not wish to renew, simply do not complete the renewal before your current term ends. Special circumstances may be reviewed individually by Dallas Flash.
